Daily, weekly, monthly and annual memberships are available.



Keene Fitness highly recommends a "PT" regimen to get the absolute most from your membership. Our Certified Personal Trainers will guide you through highly effective hour-long sessions that are designed specifically for you and your particular needs.


You decide what works best – if you try one session and are ready for more (and we think you will be) we'll apply your single session price to a pack deal.


We like to start with the "core" and nobody can help you find, work, and develop yours like a Keene Fitness PT.
